Today's gastronomy specialty, listed in the non-material cultural heritage of Croatia, used to be the inevitable part of the meal of the miners working in the mines. Pukšar Mill

the last water-powered mill on the Gradna creek. The mill was built in 1843, ceased working in 2003, and went into a decline since. The Conservation department of Zagreb and Cultural Association Oštrc  were renovating it from 2013 until 2015. The mill was declared a protected heritage of the Republic of Croatia in 2013.
